Returning after almost 17 years of returning to Donnas, we found it as we had left it, which if for some it could be a negative aspect for us it was not. Trattoria without too many pretensions (as we like) with excellent and generous portions. The price is more than honest. We should go back a little sooner without waiting another 17 years!! If you are in these parts it is a stop that I recommend

Great price, great food great wine. Font over eat at the start ss they will keep bringing you food all the time you keep eating and even when you're full they try to give you more! Amazing place!

Sublime gastronomical experience. Antipasti was enough to fill everyone but we also got the secondi. We were so full but we loved the whole thing. Quantity and quality were amazing. Wine really good. Price totally reasonable. Totally recommendable.Cotechino was excellent. Wild goat too. Potatoes were simply superb!

My impression of a lunch on a weekday was: positive in general regarding the simple environment of a classic trattoria of which there are now few left. The service is very fast and no time is wasted. Excellent cured meats and cheeses, the rest of the cooked dishes, some of the Aosta Valley tradition, are discreet: the quality of some dishes is mediocre but is compensated by the kindness of the owner and the waitress. What is incredible is the quantity of food that is offered for which the encore is also offered... equally incredible is the honesty of the bill in relation to the quantities of starter, first course, second course, side dish etc etc offered. At the end of the meal, finding the waitress who leaves the bottle of grappa or other bitters you want on the table is a kindness from times gone by which no longer exists in most other places....

Just stopped for quick snacks on the way to the mountains but we were surprised by warm welcome and bowl of hot homemade best minestrone I’ve ever had in . Thank you and greetings!!
